Thermal Transfer Cup Manufacturing Method

1. Image setting: The printing area of the thermal transfer cup is generally about 20cm*8.5cm, and one A4 paper can put three images. Note that the image should be set to horizontal flip or mirror mode, otherwise the image printed on the cup is reversed;

2. Print cutting: printing on thermal transfer paper or inkjet paper with special thermal transfer ink. After printing, cut along the edge of the image, generally cut to a size of 21cm*9.5cm;

3, baking process: the image is attached to the cup, fixed with high temperature tape; put the cup into the baking cup machine compaction; baking cup machine settings: 1) boot press the MODE button to set the minimum temperature for the first time (up and down keys Adjust the temperature) to 180 degrees; 2) Press the MODE button to set the maximum temperature (up and down keys to adjust the temperature) 310 degrees for the second time; 3) Press the MODE button to set the cupping time for 30 seconds for the third time (up and down button adjustment time); 4) Press the MODE button for the fourth time to enter the standby state; 5) Press the box button to perform the operation. Note: The above temperature is set to Fahrenheit.

4. The baking cup machine will count down to 30 seconds after the temperature rises to the highest temperature (set time), and the machine will automatically alarm when finished. Turn off the power, take out the cup, tear off the transfer paper, and make a unique cup. The finished cup is very hot. Pay attention when tearing the paper!
